We collect only what we need to show you homes, answer questions, and complete a booking:

• ·Contact & booking details — name, email, phone, dates, group size, and any notes you share with us or our concierge.
• ·Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers on our servers (see §4).
• ·Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and similar analytics collected via cookies (see §5).
• ·Communications — messages, texts, and emails exchanged with our team, kept to service your stay.

• ·Confirm, manage, and service your booking, including check-in details and concierge support.
• ·Communicate with you about your stay, respond to inquiries, and send booking-related notices.
• ·Process payments, deposits, balances, refunds, and any optional add-ons.
• ·Operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
• ·Comply with legal obligations, including tax, licensing, and safety requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
